Our healthy heart check-ups take a look at everything, from how your heart rhythm changes before, during and after exercise, to how well your heart is pumping blood around the rest of your body. As well as your heart scan we’ll also discuss your family and personal medical history, and check your height, weight, BMI and lifestyle choices to come up with a plan of action together. Helping to keep your heart healthy.

Heart monitoring 

Your heart test includes an ECG test – using sticky sensors (electrodes) placed on your arms, legs and chest, we’ll monitor the tiny electrical impulses produced by your heart to check how it responds during stress and exercise, over longer periods of time, and when you’re resting. This helps us to check for arrhythmias, heart strain, coronary heart disease and more, and shows us if any chest pains you might be experiencing are a sign of a heart attack.  

Your connected heart

We check your blood pressure and pulse – if we find that your blood pressure is high, we’ll work with you to design a plan of action that includes lifestyle and diet changes to help keep your heart healthy. We’ll also factor in your medical history and any family history of heart disease or heart attacks when making suggestions.
